All custom orders should be placed as far in advance as possible. This also allows ample time to discuss and generate ideas to execute your vision. A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the order secures your event date. All payments are non-refundable. In case of an emergency, dates may be rescheduled, based on upcoming availability.

Orders under $100 require full payment.

 

Orders placed within 24-48 hours turn around will be charged an extra $10-$25 based on order.

 

The preferred method of payment is Debit or Credit cards. 

 

My cakes will occasionally include non-edible items on or in the cake.

I will communicate which pieces cannot be eaten. It will be your responsibility to ensure they are removed before serving.

 

If delivering and setting up: I am not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below.

 

I will take pictures of my cakes and I reserve the right to use any pictures for display or promotion without compensation to you.

 

My products may contain or come into contact with eggs, dairy, wheat, various nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and not hold Jasmine Douglas responsible for any allergic reactions.

For orders outside of Walterboro there is a delivery fee added per mileage.
